Stir-Fry Sauce

Stir-Fry Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth/stock
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 3/4 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1/2 Tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 cup of water

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chicken broth, rice wine vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and pepper. Next, dissolve cornstarch in water and set aside. Heat a saute pan on high heat, add the canola oil. Once it is screaming hot, add the garlic and ginger and only cook for about 15 seconds. Add the soy sauce mixture to the garlic and ginger oil. Bring this to a boil and then reduce to medium heat for 1 minute. add the cornstarch/ water mixture until thick. Add this to your favorite stir fry veggies and rice. Enjoy!

  1. Nice blog, I need to cook this because I know that this is easy. Do you also have a stir fried chicken recipe? I want to cook it also because that was my favorite.

  2. Hello Jhonnie Tyler! Thank you! It is so easy and way better than from a jar!! In regards to your question, I usually use this recipe on chicken. I throw in some sugar snap peas, broccoli and some baby corn then serve it over white rice! Delish! Hope this helps you!
